Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of claudequantalgo.com and the ClaudeQuantAlgo Discord community. By using the site or joining the server, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

1. What the service is

ClaudeQuantAlgo is a research and education service. Paid memberships grant access to specific Discord channels containing research content, market commentary, educational material, and a public model ("paper") scoreboard. A membership buys channel access — it does not buy advice, account management, or any relationship in which we act on your behalf.

2. Not advice, not an adviser

Nothing we publish — on this site, in the Discord server, in emails, or in books we sell — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. Content is general research and education, not tailored to your situation.

3. No performance promises

We make no promise of profit, income, or performance of any kind. Trading stocks, options, and forex involves substantial risk of loss; options positions can lose 100% of their value. Past results — real, paper, or simulated — do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any losses that result from them.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Recurring memberships renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime, self-serve, through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

The community works because people behave. In the server and on the site, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff.
• Spam, shill, or post unsolicited promotions.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish paid content outside the server, including screenshots of paid channels shared for that purpose.
• Impersonate ClaudeQuantAlgo, its staff, or other members.

Violation can result in removal from the server and termination of your membership without refund. We aim to warn first for minor issues; serious violations are removed immediately.

6. Affiliates and partners

Members who share a referral link must disclose that it is a referral link and may never promise profits, guarantee results, or misrepresent the service when promoting it. Commissions can be withheld and affiliate access revoked for violations.

7. Intellectual property

The content we publish — research, cards, articles, books, tools, and site pages — belongs to ClaudeQuantAlgo. Your membership grants a personal, non-commercial license to use it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is fine.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data feeds, third-party platforms (Discord, Stripe, market-data providers), and our own systems can fail or contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms. For material changes we will make a reasonable effort to announce them in the server.
