Try free first
The free tier exists precisely so you can watch the public record — winners and losers both — before paying anything. We would rather you join free, watch the desk work for a while, and only pay when you have seen enough. That is the honest way to buy a membership, and it is also why refunds here are rare.
The first 7 days
The 7-day window applies to your first payment on your first paid membership. It exists because a paid room is hard to evaluate from the outside; if the inside is not what you expected, you should not be stuck paying for it. Reach out within 7 days of the charge and we refund it. You do not need to argue a case.
After 7 days
You can cancel anytime, self-serve, through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not issue partial-period refunds — an unused remainder of a month, quarter, or year is not refunded once the 7-day window has passed.
Special cases
Day Pass ($19.99 / 24 hours)
A day pass is a short-lived product that is consumed by access itself, so it is refundable only if access was never granted — for example, if a technical failure meant your role was never applied. If that happens, tell us and we will refund or re-grant, your choice.
Founding-rate (FOUNDING50) seats
Founding seats carry a discounted rate that is locked to a continuous subscription. Refunding the first payment ends the subscription and releases the founding rate — if you later rejoin, it will be at the then-current public price, and the founding seat may no longer be available.
Book purchases
Books are digital goods delivered as files. A book purchase is refundable within 7 days if the file was not downloaded. Once downloaded, the sale is final, since a digital file cannot be returned.
How to request a refund
- Email support@claudequantalgo.com from the address used at checkout, or DM @ClaudeQuantAlgo in the Discord server.
- Tell us which purchase it concerns. That is all we need.
- Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
One boundary
A refund is not a rebate on trading outcomes. Losses in your own account are not grounds for a refund at any time — membership buys research and community access, never a performance guarantee. The 7-day promise is about whether the service is what you expected, and we honor it in that spirit.
